How to Lose Weight with a Brown Rice Detox
A brown rice diet is one of the easiest forms of fasting for the uninitiated because it provides essential nutrients, detoxifies the body slowly (thereby incurring lighter detox side effects) and doesn’t imply food deprivation as a juice cleanse can.
When you follow the brown rice detox diet, you only eat brown rice for 5 to 7 days. You won’t suffer the discomfort of being hungry or suffering low blood sugar. You can flavour your brown rice with Bragg’s Amino Acids, similar to soy sauce but much healthier as it simply contains natural sodium. A little miso with ginger powder and garlic will provide diversity to your brown rice diet. Other seasoning herbs are also suitable, but don’t go overboard.
